Hey, Saints I wanted to come to you today to talk about a never-ending subject: HARASSMENT. Now seeing celebrities coming out stating how they have “been touched.” I feel this is a subject that needs highlighting. Stars are not the only people getting touched or harassed nowadays. There is no up and down system to who is getting attacked. I know that at places of employment companies hand out employee handbooks about harassment, but I also know some companies don’t want to deal with the issue even though they have rules set in place.

Harassment covers a wide range of behaviors; it’s commonly understood as behavior that disturbs or upsets, and it is characteristically repetitive. In the legal sense, it is behaviors that appear to be disturbing or threatening so this can be someone sexually looking at you, calling you nonstop, bullying you, touching you in ways you do not approve of. Just remember if someone is abusing, insulting, or otherwise harming you on a regular basis, it’s called harassment.

Harassment charges can range from misdemeanor to high level felony charges. In many states, people charged with harassment will receive a higher level charge if they have previously been convicted of harassment, of communicating a threat, or of a domestic violence offense.

Please don’t be scared to speak out against harassment. Remember you are not in it alone and there is always someone out there who has it worst than you.

Knowing Your Shape And What Looks Good

Rectangle | slender/slight body frame, similar width for bust, hips and waist

Pear | wider hips and bottom, narrow bust

Strawberry wider bust, top-heavy, narrower hips and waist

Apple | rounded tummy and bigger bust, slim hips

Hourglass | wider bust and hips, narrower waist

One of the six classic principles of design is the shape. Knowing your body shape will help with clothing purchases, don’t tell body I didn’t give you some fashion advise that will change your life, by buying items that will fit right and make you feel like that confident woman you are supposed to be.
Just by knowing what to wear from knowing your shape can help emphasize and camouflage, draw attention to your attractive features and drawing attention away from what you consider to be less attractive.

Do you know what your shape is? I’m a natural hourglass at the moment (don’t know what the future holds). It doesn’t matter the shape or size we are all divas. Tell me you shape below…

There are so many things you can get your loved ones or co-workers for Christmas for under $50. These gift ideas are also great for at work mystery Santa, by the way. Not having a big budget for the holidays to purchase everyone on your list what they want can be a headache. If you’re not a crafty person you can always spend a couple of dollars on those who you care about, right? Or you can always give a big hug or say happy holidays; they say it’s the thought that counts.

Honest, all I need is love, happiness, strength, abundance, prosperity, great health, wisdom, and to have a great impact on my followers. ♥♥♥
